Hello, my name is Leah, I am Dr. Olsen's assistant. I graduated from Gateway Technical College and have my technical diploma for dental assisting. After graduation I spent some time in Costa Rica and Nicaragua administering dental care and personal health knowledge to rural communities. I love helping people and working in the dental field. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and I also enjoy doing craft projects.
Dental Hygienist- Full Time
I Graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Dental Hygiene. I have been practicing dental hygiene for over thirty years and I still enjoy educating patients on ways to help improve their oral health.
My husband and I have three children. One son has completed his education and works in the Milwaukee area and two are college students.
My interests include reading, hiking, biking, kayaking and spending time in northern Wisconsin with family and friends.
Part time Dental Hygienist
I actually starting going to college to be an accountant and figured out right away it wasn't for me. I took a handful of science classes and that is when I decided I wanted a career in the medical field. Looking at all my options, being in the dental field was the most interesting to me, because I knew the least about it. I have been a registered dental hygienist for almost 9 years now and absolutely love my career choice. I live in Port Washington and have a 9 year old daughter. In my free time I enjoy golfing, biking, and traveling.
