Franklin WI Root Canals
Root canal therapy treats disorders in the nerve (pulp) of the tooth. It can save a tooth that is diseased or damaged. During the first dental appointment at our Franklin WI dental clinic, the diseased pulp will be removed, leaving the canal intact. The canal will then be rinsed out, a medication will be placed inside the canal and a temporary will be placed on the tooth. During the second appointment, the canal will be sterilized and filled with a permanent material. In most cases the tooth will need a crown done in a future appointment at our Franklin WI dental office.
